i'm really not happy about my weigh in.. felt like i really focused so hard this week... based on my history, this week should be my TOM week.. but my TOM has been off since getting off of birth control... don't know what to do different...buti guess i'll just keep doing this until i get better direction.. for the first time i wasn't trying to keep my calories below 1K.. i went for more.. i need some inspiration quick.. i won't give up.. but i'm really down... oh well..not motivated today however to sweat... just want to curl up in bed for a while till i have to go to work...so.. i will.

Diet Calendar Entries for 16 July 2010:
1207 kcal Fat: 25.72g | Prot: 84.42g | Carb: 176.08g.   Breakfast: water, sugar free preserves smuckers, cottage cheese publix. Lunch: hot sauce, KEN'S honey mustard, cucumbers, special k protein bar, diet snapple singles, water, progresso light southwestern soup. Dinner: Fat Free Sun-dried Tomato Vinaigrette, Sweet Butter Tender Lettuce Mix, sockeye salmon, i can't believe its not butter spray, parmesan cheese, Caribbean Blend Garden Blend Frozen Vegetables. Snacks/Other: fiber plus cereal, Pure Almond Milk - Original, honey maid, dark chocolate pudding. more...

Invest in a scale that tracks your body fat weight. Maybe your exercise is building up muscle. I also track my weight in Body Fat to see if that is dropping. Measure yourself every week! Sometimes I hardly notice my weight change, but the inches are coming off!

after this week i definitely want to start measuring myself.. i have to.. i can't deal with this freakin scale anymore.. this week i really felt the progress.. and this just was a slap in the face..

awww keep your head up girl..and dont give up like I did..:( but I am doing it slowly since I cant do much cuz of my knee but hopefully next week I will be back on the grind..dont give up girl! :)

i can't.. as much as my body is like EFF THIS!!..lol.. i didn't work out today.. but still counting my calories.. and tomorrow is a 5k training day.. so i'ma keep doing this and try it another week... hopefully the scale catches up with my body.. tim's buying me a tape measure right now and tomorrow i start to measure.. i'll measure each time i have a gain that i don't feel is warranted so i can see if it was legit.. that would help me not drown my sorrows in my cup of cottage cheese...

I think Measuring is going to be key for you :] I dont know if you know Evil_Angel_Shay but shes has been having the same prbolem with the scale, and the inches are melting off of her! :] You are doing great girl!

yeah she's a buddy :)... and i saw her situation.. i think i'm annoyed that i didn't measure from day one too.. u know? it feels like the measuring thing won't make help my mood about my weigh ins for a month when i re measure so my sh*tty attitude won't improve until a good weigh in or something.. and my last few weigh ins weren't great either so its been a crappy month for me... with this gain i've only lost .3 so far in July.. what the heck is that? lol

LOL I know what you mean, I been hovering around these crappy 5lbs for a while now too, and at my size there really isnt much of an excuse to not be loosing weight. So I feel your pain with wanting a good weigh in! LOL Look on the bright side, your such a skinny mini now that your body doesnt feel like it has to shred weigh super fast to be healthy! YAY! :} As down as you feel about this gain, you are doing AMAZING Naiomy! I can see it in your pictures girl, you are looking HOT! :] I know that we all need time to get over the things we dont like, but remember that you are doing a great job!! you got this girl.

you guys are so motivating !! lol.. how can i feel bummed when i have like a hundred cheerleaders?? lol.. i know.. i feel bad that i didn't go for my morning walk/jog... i might do that this afternoon just to feel one with the world again..lol
