Woohoo!! Worked out this morning... second time now since I was able to start back up. The jogging was easy, like I hadn't lost any conditioning since this hiatus started mid-June. Five miles and back to addiction levels. Can't wait to feel the soreness tomorrow!
90.4 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
