Today is day 1 of Phase 2. I am pleased with the diet, and am dedicated to staying on it until I hit my goal of 118. I weighed 128 today as well, so that is a total of 3 pounds for the first week. My goal was 4, but I am positive and happy to be loosing weight in a healthy way. I had a large glass of wine last night, otherwise I may have loss the complete 4. I only have 10 more pounds to loose! I will loose it!
