Very pleased with my progress this past week. I had a buffet but didn't eat much, I went jogging twice, did a lot of hour-long yoga/stretching sessions and managed to play some tennis last night.
16.2%. I'm really close to 75 Kgs, and the challenge now is to get my fat percentage down while maintaining my weight.
