went outside for my 10 min walk today weather is wonderful for this time of the year. I will try to increase my time walking tomorrow. I am a little afraid of increasing the exercise to fast since I have not been bery active for years. I had 2 total knees done in the last few years that were sucissful but I have not been doing what I should to increase my activity.
