oh boy... it's been a hectic few months and I've been resorting to eating my way to relaxed (yeah, big help) now I'm 10 lbs heavier. AHH!! I was doing so well.
I contemplated trying to drop 10 lbs before weighing in or really getting serious about getting back into shape... how on earth would that help me!? frankly I've been a little disgusted with my eating habits lately and they need to change. I'm going to take it slow, I don't want to jump into some crazy workout routine and end up injuring myself or frustrating myself with unataneable goals.
Woke up this morning with a new mind set, just START.. anything at all, just to get myself going. I ate the last of my subway sandwich for breakfast (needless to say I'll also be grocery shopping today) I dusted off the vitamins in the back of the cupboard, took one, and now I'm ready to go weigh myself (ugh) and work-out to "Bridal Body Burn" via On Demand.
