I'm feeling pumped today. I went to bed early last night & woke up at 5:15 this morning (that NEVER happens). So I figured I'd better hit up the gym. Knocked out an hour on the eliptical by 7am & now I'm getting ready for a short day at work. I wish I could be wide awake & ready for the day like this everyday!!!
203.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
