i feel good that i did not gain
no walking and a few glasses of wine on my visit home
all in all not too bad though

Thats fab! Im drinking champagne that i didnt plan on having cos my sister phoned to say she'd got engaged! Sometimes you just need to celebrate/enjoy a little drinky! Look at your overall downward graph! You doing brill!
