Doing well. Weather warm and sunny today. I am on night shift schedule with my biorhythm and I had the last two weekends off too, when I work. Diet going well, better as I didn't drink alcohol since Friday night. It is way too high in calories. Writing going well, I will keep sending out the work but I have no delusions about getting published - I have been trying for nearly ten years now. Only one agent wrote back and wished me luck and she wasn't taking new writers. (That was with sending them all SASE's too)... and no one has even read any of the books yet... I must get more aggressive about it but may just run out of people to send things to in time. I think I may have to wait until someday when I have money to self publish. Any idiot Hollywod celebrity or political pundit could write a book about toilet paper uses and get a book deal, because they're someone many people might know and they have an instant fan base. Oh well, I think by my sixties or seventies I will have so many books written once I do get published I will make some decent money. I am thinking of selling everything and going to Hawaii as I'm just fed up with living here. All I might need is a computer. I can stay at the Veteran's Shelter there. I'll call them this week and see.

Glenn, we need to have a chat about submitting. Perhaps an email, but I have a few tips I'd love to share with you. I have a word challenge for you... I am fostering a new Anatolian Shepherd puppy and want to name it a Turkish name or word. It is a black one which is very unique (its mixed partially with a black lab, duh). But anyways, the Turkish language is very harsh and mean sounding. I am looking for a word of Turkish origin or significance that has something to do with black, or night, or beauty, or ???? A little warning, I've been trying for 2 days now and am at a loss but for one possibility... I'll email you mine tomorrow, remind me. You're doing great diet wise. hang in there pal!

Thanks - a tip. This may help you more than I can. I use it to name characters for stories, novels, etc. Go to 'Baby Names' sites. There is one called strictly 'Baby Names' I think. My name was interestingly most popular in 1962, the year I was born 55th in popularity for boys that year. They have names in every language you can think of even ones we don't commonly use like Turkish, Armenian - some people I worked for in Los Angeles who were Armenian their grandson was named 'king' in Armenian and it was a beautiful name, can't remember it. A cool name and I liked it a lot though. Check out a site like that and it may help you a lot. As far as the writing goes, maybe my query letters aren't powerful enough...

I'm Luuvd - type the words 'Baby Names Turkish' and a lot of directions to many sites will come up. There you should find a cool Turkish name for the dog. The grandson I met in 1995 working for a couple in Los Angeles was a baby then - a newborn - so now he would be nearly sixteen or so. Time flies and I have been gone from Los Angeles that long... Anyway if I move back to Hawaii I have to do it this autumn or next spring, winter the fares are too high...
