I would have to say I think I have lost all my water weight and next week will not be as dramatic as the last 11 days have been. I am okay now with small changes. In order to be healthy, I need to now lose no more than 3 pounds a week.
302.8 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 112.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

19 pounds is really impressive!!!! I just lost 1.5 pounds last week but I did fall off the wagon for a day or so. I will try to be doing better next week. But, I'm not doing strictly 20 carbs a day either.
