Lunch is dinner-leftovers... warm, filling and tasty... that bright orange stuff is a zero carb siracha dressing that I am obsessed with!

Peas, corn, beans, lentils and quinoa are relatively high in carbs, and so are not good options on a keto low-carb diet. On a more moderate or liberal low-carb diet, you may be able to include some peas

That makes sense. I'm not doing low carb anything... I find that when I try to eliminate it from my diet then I have these crazy uncontrollable binge moments (like a druggie looking for a hit lol) ... Lentils I can do without though 😉

Discovered a new way to lose weight.. Add hotsauce (if you can stomach it)

It adds a lot of flavor to what is normally very flavourless if your on a "steam" or just plain grill diet <and not adding too much salts and sauces> Most hotsauces are vinegar based which is good for you. Chilli makes for awesome spice and flavor and jump starts the metabolism. Just don't do too hot. Start fairly mild. I see there's hotsauces with mango and some have pear in them. So they can go with salads or make for interesting marinades too.

@Eugene you are speaking my language... I literally have some kind of hot sauce on just about everything I eat. I have a crazy sauce from Ireland which is made of ghost chilli... Not for the feint of heart 😎 (I'm an advanced level chilli consumer)

Yip. same here. I'm a chilli-head. From Ghost peppers, Trinidad Scorpions, Naga-Viper and even the Reaper Chilli's. I have them often with my ramen or as a spicy wing marinade, on hotdogs... and even with some roast veggies.

OMW those peas look divine. Haven't had peas for ages. Am going to buy some frozen ones when I'm next in town
