Thanks for all the comments the last few days everyone!! It really has helped me keep going!

Thanks for bringing up the pointers for me, Sara. I do eat nitrate free bacon, but I hadn't thought about the sodium. I'll have to keep an eye on that and be more conciencious about that. I also try not to overdo it on the aspartame, since it does seem to affect me. I am going to the coop tomorrow, so I'm going to look for a pudding without all the additives (or some other sweet that will satisfy me!).

Had a good day today, although I didn't have time to work out.

BREAKFAST
4 slices of bacon = 0C
coffee with h/c = 1C

LUNCH
chicken salad (leftover from last night) = 2C
chunk of colby cheese = 1C
2 celery stalks with s/f peanut butter = 2C

DINNER
chili chicken breast = 5C
cauliflower bake = 5C

SNACK
1 diet Dr. Pepper = 0C
1 serving of homemade pistachio pudding (low carb) = 4C

TOTAL = 20C

Tried a few new things today. The homemade pudding was not so thrilling. Not as good as the fake stuff!! ha! But the chili chicken was really good. I will make it again. I got the recipe from foodnetwork.com.

I haven't looked for nitrates in my bacon but have found it in the pepperoni I'm buying, can't find nitrate free. It says less than 2% so I'm hoping that it's not so bad. You're doing great, good to see you've got back on the wagon. Glad you enjoyed the stuffed cauliflower, it's hmm hmm good!

Paige, I don't know if it's because of the Fat Fast that I'm thinking your food journal looks exceptionally good, or the fact that it's just exceptionally GOOD! LOL Either way, you are doing supreme! I'm impressed and proud!! Now here! carry the torch for me! my arm is tired!
