Today’s WO Theme: MONDAY NOT SO FUN DAY, trainer was correct. I was still breathing hard 10 minutes after completing the task!!

We finished with Squats & DB Lunges....WOW!! 🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️💪💪🥵🥵

How much weights for DB lunges?

I hate lunges...chronic hip flexor on my right side

Adam, I was at 25lbs. Still working on my Balance from my ankle surgery.

HCB, try to do lunges & Hold in that position for about:15sec each side. Hands stretched in the air. Do 3 sets of 5. This helps warmup the muscles near the hips!!

Thanks - not a warming up problem...an old lady problem! LOL Only one side is painful when I do lunges
