Well idon't know what the heck is going on but i went off my diet for one day and it turned in to like a week and now i'm all the way back to the begining it's been such a hard week for me (i think my friend is on the way)I'm starting a new page tomorrow so I hope i can stick it out this time

You're not alone! I've started induction over for the third time now... in like a month! Oh my, I need to get my act together!! I'm all bloated and puffy ... but I don't think it's that time yet.. I'm sure you'll drop some afterwards!! =) Keep smilin!

AWWWW!Thanks for the support I've restarted this damn diet so many times i lost count....lol.I'm glad i i have someone thats on the same boat as me.Well i'm sure will get our acts together hopefully sooner thatn later:)Thanks again buddy!!!!!!
