The beginning weight of 208 was from when I went to CareNow on June 30th. Numbers have been dropping since then, but I haven't weighed until today and didn't know, still don't, how to change the beginning date to June 30.

The hamburger I had for dinner on July 4th....
Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Rounds (whole one/top & bottom) 100 cal.
Kraft 2% shredded sharp cheddar, 1/4 c - 80 cal
(I used about 2 Tbsp of this cheese for approx. 40 cal.)
Kraft Lite Miracle Whip, 1 Tbsp - 20 cal.
*Jenson 1/3# ground angus & beef patties 380 cal. 30g fat, 12g sat. fat* *Sams Club
Add 1/2 tsp spicey mustard, sliced tomato, onion, lettuce, 50 cal.
Ttl cals for this burger - 600 cal. Have to work on that. That's a little too many cals! There's probably a patty much lower in cals than this one.
