2066 kcal/day average. I have not the slightest clue where that massive drop in weight comes from. I havent' been to the gym this week due to a head-cold, but it can't be all muscle, can it? Anyway, I'll take it as a win! :D
171.3 lb Lost so far: 42.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

doubt it is all muscle. muscle wears down after fat usually and more muscle you have, faster you lose lose fat?

Yes, I think losing almost 2 kg of muscle in a week is quite improbable unless you cut off pieces of yourself haha! Thanks for your input! :)

lol, just had a look at what I wrote and it could come across in a way I didn't mean. It even took me a while to start burning muscle. Take it as a win Kaithekai Hope this week your feeling better

Often your body will be working harder than normal when fighting a cold or flu so burning more calories than you think! Hope that helps
