Short stint back on the meds (aka 'fat pills' read olanzapine) and I gained 4kg in 2 weeks. 2 weeks of med-induced-binging. I am ready to take back control of my life, and my weight. Still on the meds, but cant just sit around and wait. I need to get started with exercise and meal planning. Yay me for trying
