And it tastes good too! Sorry, no pictures, I chopped it up, ate some and now have chicken for several more meals, plus yummy roasted veggies. In fact, I think I'll go make a salad right now.

Erquiaga, you are right, it is delicious and definitely a keeper. Better than rotisserie chicken, and so easy!
