Good morning! I know it's only 0.4lb. gain, but it's still a gain! UGH! When I think about what I ate yesterday, I can blame it on the pizza & the cool whip! I only ate one slice of pepperoni pizza & then the toppings only off of another slice! I was afraid that eating something greasy like that would make me sick, but it didn't. Then I had 4 tbsp. of fat free Cool whip, but I ate it after 7pm last night. I shouldn't have eaten that late! UGH! Live & learn, huh? Hubby & I are grilling out today! I am so excited to grill some marinated shrimp! Portion control! Portion control! Portion control! ;)

I have got to get some exercise in today also! I think that I am 57min. short of my goal of 150min. for the 50lb. challenge. That is if you don't count housework as "exercise"!

... I must add that today is my 2 month anniversary on this diet! I have lost 25.8lbs. in the last 2 months! Now that - I am VERY HAPPY about that!!!!!!!!!! :D))))))

great job on losing all that weight! How is it that we can skip out on thousands of extra calories, but if we eat ONE thing we're not supposed to have...BOOM! the scale happily jumps upward!? NO fair!! (it's probably just water wt, or a fluctuation in your case, though!) :) Have a blessed Saturday too! Bring on the Shrimp!
