I am not starting my "diet" until Sunday... and am using the days before hand to get used to tracking what I eat, to see how CRAZY much I eat... and of course I'm going to eat more than even normal because I won't be able to eat like that for a while. Or at least I'll blame it on that.

But I'm excited to start something new again, and hopefully with my buddies' support, I'll have some luck on this for once. lol If I can keep myself in check, that is.

How is it going. I am actually starting next Monday but I am taking this week to practice charting and figuing out what I can eat and what not. We are here for you and YOU can do it.
