2096 kcal/day this week. Little to no progress weight-wise. Didn't go to the gym much and probably still paying for over-eating last week. Well, maybe next week! :)
175.9 lb Lost so far: 37.9 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
