I have done a very poor job during 2 weeks now. I have allowed myself to have no control over anything going in my mouth. Foods that have not been in my house x 12 mo have been everywhere this holiday season. I discovered that after a year of being in control, I can throw the door wide open and forget my good practices way too easily.

Lesson for me is to be more planned prior to Christmas holiday.

Now..get back to my good practices and get this last 25 pounds lost. Jan 3 going protein intense with my Dukan friend. Find my steel again.
