this regime (diet) has got too many details, but it is the easiest diet i ever had, besides, it's very comfortable that it makes you forget about it !!!
list of prohibited foods :
1- salty stuff(salty cheese, etc..) 2- beverage drinks containing soda (like pepsi, coce, etc..) no matter if it is diet or not, it's not about calories here, but about the SODA 3- mayonnaise, ketchup, similar stuff (Mustard is OK) 4- mango, dates, watermelon, Fig 5- white bread 6- ... (if there is something i missed, will be mentioned later) ===========
list of Quantities (food stuff that should be took in a daily basis but should not exceed the following quantities)
1- Sugar (2 cup spoons of white sugar, or 5 cup spoons of brown sugar, or 2 cup spoons of honey, NO OTHER SUGAR TYPES <EVEN DIET> ARE ALLOWED 2- Milk (1 cup of milk daily) 3- Chewing gum (4 chewing gums a day, Sugar is not a problem, although it's preferred not to be present) 4- loaf of bread = the size of 2 hand palms together, (not white, not brown, the bread that is nearly yellow, if not found, HALF loaf of brown bread will be OK) 5- ... (if there is something i missed, will be mentioned later)
=========== - you should take at least 8 cups of water - this diet is a 7 days diet, in which the last day has a FREE "lunch" ONLY, not full free day ===========
daily break fast (before 11 am)
(one of the following options)
1- any 2 kinds of food (not prohibited) with any quantities + 1 loaf of bread
2- any 1 kind of food (not prohibited) with any quantity + 2 loafs of bread
3- a 50gm bar of any sweets(preferred with hot drink)
4- one serving of any kind of cake(preferred with hot drink) ===============================
Snack(after break fast by 2 hours, and ALSO before lunch by 2 hours)
(one of the following options) 1- a 50gm bar of any sweets (2 times a week maximum) 2- fruits (a quantity of 2 hand palms) 3- fresh juice (any non-prohibited kind of fruits) 4- beverage juice (which is in super markets - same as fresh juices) ===============================
Lunch(before 6 pm)
NO QUANTITY LIMITATIONS, ANY COOKING STYLE :
(first and second days of the week) - one kind of protein + one kind of carbohydrates + green salad + one kind of cooked vegetables
(third and fourth days of the week) - one kind of carbohydrates + green salad + one kind of cooked vegetables
(fifth and sixth days of the week) - one kind of protein + green salad + one kind of cooked vegetables
- seventh day is "free" - if you want lower calories per week you can eat on the third and fourth days like the fifth and sixth days (protein + salad + veg.) ==================
Dinner(before 10pm and ALSO after the lunch by 4 hours)
(one of the following options) 1- any fruits cocktail or fruit salad (same :d ) 2- one kind of fruits (any quantity) + yogurt (2 cups maximum) ==================
one last point as i remember, you must stay awake for 2 hours after dinner, you cant sleep before that
also you cant sleep in between the day (catnaps)
i lost 40 kilos in one year by this diet
another point, if you will exercise, i believe it is preferred to exercise right before lunch, or at least before the snack, but not directly when you wake up, eating any thing before workout by 2 hours will increase metabolism
