Wouldn't you know, I forgot my lunch today. Ugh! I ordered Jimmy John's and thank goodness for the unwich and delivery. On the plus side for today, I did get a short workout in this morning and my daughter and I are doing our Yoga tonight.
I'm still pretty much maintaining. I've been up and down about the same 3 pounds, and I'm still lower than I was last year at this time, so I'm not going to beat myself up. I do need to watch myself though, so I don't gain 5 or more pounds before the holiday is over (that's what happened last year).
Tomorrow is my 11th anniversary, so my hubby wants to take me out for dinner and a movie. I don't know where we'll go to eat, but I'm sure I'll find something that isn't too bad, and no snacks at the movie. I'll just have to make sure I get my workout in tomorrow morning.
