Bottle of water before the gym and one while there. Barely sweat... just the little beads on my back, neck and chest. Dehydrated I’m sure. I’m already sore! Since so many are calculating pounds... 9980 upper, 9475 lower because we skipped more lower machines this time. The bad part is I’m back where I started from at the beginning of last summer on most of the upper body. The lower didn’t lose much! One machine dropped 15# was all, another 25# and the leg press was 90-110# and I used to do 110-120 regularly. Couldn’t even budge my max from last fall 😢. Already so freaking sore! Was fine until standing at the stove cooking dinner then bending over repeatedly folding clothes... 3 loads. Lower back and upper back (shoulder blade area) on the right side are cramping when I move just right. Times like this I wish we had a hot tub!
