Pork rinds after a 17 hour fast followed by a sweet bologna with cheese and mayo snack no bread and for dinner gluten free broiled chicken wings 70 oz of water. Tomorrow it’s salmon, haddock or shrimp over some zoodles or butternut squash noodles.
