Okay so definitely getting the exercise back in the mix this week. However, it may be in the form of shoveling snow...haha. I did do some shoveling lastnight....cleaned the walkway and a parking spot while my husband was snowblowing the circular drive.

I believe I am going to do a fat fast tomorrow...so trying to get in a significant amount of fats today.

I will know tomorrow if we are taking Monday off and if so hopefully we will be going to the Ranch and then a drive into Canada.

The following week have a trip planned to Leavenworth (tentatively).

Work is very busy...EOY and lots of rebates that we are close to getting so having to order order order to get our numbers up.

Shoveling definitely counts, & obviously what you're doing is working & your measurements show it! Good for you -- it can be especially tough during the holidays, but you're handling it like a pro!

Yep, shoveling is hard work. I would love to get some snow here. We are 14 inches behind in moisture, so rain or snow would be nice for our trees etc...

Thanks y'all. Got my exercise in downstairs yesterday so that made me feel good. I hoped the scale would reflect it today, but it didn't. I know...muscle retains water and stuff....so I am not stressing over it but I really wanted to make my 212 goal for end of December. Now I know I have plenty of time just been lingering around this number. I did recalculate my RDI and I know I have lingered without much exercise so I expect to see some changes by the end of this week :) Okay I guess I just needed to give myself a pep talk...hahaha.

LOVE Leavenworth!! I've lived in WA nearly all my life, and I've never made it there to see the Christmas lights :( ... keep the snow on your side of the mountains, ok??? Don't need it here lol! I've been playing around with the same numbers on my scales for the past few weeks, but I got measured yesterday at Curves, and the numbers there are going down, so that's good, right? right...I'd love to get into the two-oh's by the end of the month, even the one-nines, but we'll see what happens - hang in there kiddo, and keep up the good work!
