Ok so I am going to start this over. It has been a long couple of months and now I have friends to help me!! We all got a gym membership and we are going to do an official weigh in tonight!
I talked to a friend of mine who lost almost 100 lbs by simply diet and exercise! She told me that the secret of dieting is to eat what you want...only in portions!! She ate whatever she wanted to eat but she only ate small amounts. I am going to try this because dieting is the worst part!! I don't mind the gym but I love food...especially pastas and heavy sauces!
I will check back in tonight after the weight in! Keeping my fingers crossed I didn't gain too much weight!!!
