Getting back on track has been slow. The cold wet weather seems to affect my desire to walk. I just need to do it as Nike says. One day at a time. Look at the bright side you are staying within a good range able to reign in when you have to. You learned a valuable lesson the other day about choices of food even for celebration meals. You can do this Ilana and when the time is right you will loose more if that is what your body needs to do. Interesting stats on my scale my BMI is in a good range for my age and abilities. The scales suggest weight for me is 163 5 pounds lower that Dr. Dukan and up 9.5 from Dr. Oz suggestion. Lets see what the personal trainer James has to say about it. :-)
178.2 lb Lost so far: 68.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
