I have no food in my house other than spaghetti and a jar of spaghetti sauce... well a few cans of green beans, corn, and stewed tomatos as well.. but honestly not much at all. Nor do I have any money. So dieting and 'stopping from munching' has been rather easy for me. I plan to continue eating right when I do end up going shopping. Fruits and other good things. Lots of green apples, a few kiwis, and possibly some grapes. But I damn sure won't be eating spaghetti for a while.
