My first week just came to a end and I lost a total of 6 lbs. I know thats seems like a lot of weight but its the first week and It always starts like this for me then it tapers off. I exercised and ate right all week and didn't waiver from my plan. I did miss a couple of days of workout due to my busy schedule but even though I did I'm still happy about my results. 6 lbs down 155 lbs to go. :)

that is a great job. I just finished my first week with a 4lb lost. I didnt do any exercising, but hope to this week.
