Ugh. According to the counters on this site I burn 1800 calories a day doing my normal activities. I am supposed to eat about 1600. That's only a 200 calorie deficit... And I don't always eat 1600, sometimes I eat more. So now I have to work out like mad or cut my calories way down in order to get deficits I want to lose the weight. Bah. Bah, I say! Why are we punished with a lower amount of calories burned as we get smaller? SOO NOT FAIR!

i think you maybe at to high of a calorie intake to lose a steady amount of weight. Check it out, tell me what you think. I find the less you have to lose the harder it is, IE less calories you can intake.
