Today is a new day. I have 4 months to get this situation under control. I will be 35 years old on Christmas 2007, I want to be in the 160 range. I have decided to count carbs but also watch my calories as close as humanly possible. Instead of ground beef I am going to purchase the turkey meat, Instead of having 2 or 3 eggs and 3 or 4 slices of beacon I am just going to have 2 pieces of the turkey beacon and every 3 to 4 hours I am going to have something to eat reguardless if I am hungry or not. I am going to try these things along with exercise a lot of water and 20g of vegetables and see where this put me weight wise in the next 2 months. I have realized that if I eat out I am going to have to exercise my a%& off to not gain weight. I am going to try on my size 12L on tomorrow. I feel so 14ish! I can only hope and pray that I am able to at least get them on and buttoned up even if they are tight. My partner bought us a treadmilL yesterday, I hope he gets it delivered to the house today.
Well, I will be closing for now. I hope everyone is doing well. Keep up the good work. We are going to be some hot women and men when we reach our goals. Good Luck!

Don't give up. Just start over again, and get the weight back off. We all mess up and have bad weeks. If we didn't like to eat we wouldn't be in this situation!! The eating every 3-4 hours is such a good thing to live by. It keeps you from over eating. Anyway, good luck, and hope you get back down!!
