Need lunch ideas! I did great for a few weeks but am now struggling with lunch creativity. What do you eat?

I know what you mean! I went through the recipe section here and at http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/ I found things that I could make quickly and easily on the weekend to use during the week.Hope this helps!

you can also try the Atkins website. I typically eat left overs from dinner. You can precook some salmon or other fish. I also like fajitas w/ bell peppers and onions. Bunless burgers. Stir fry.
