My weight decreased 1 pound over the week of Thanksgiving. My percent body fat decreased from 36.6% to 35.6%.
AND, I even 'cheated' on my South Beach phase 1 diet more than a few times. I also didn't do any formal exercising that week.
I'm not sure if I should change to phase 2 or not, but I will be back at the gym today.l
