Low carbs diet again
Monday, 26/11/2012, 20 days to go...

Sunday I ate again little bit more then I could. But, that is life. It is not bad. Life is continuing and from today, we are back... maximum 1800 kcal.

Plan (food): potato homemade chips (low fat, or oil) and ketchup, then there is lot of veg and pineapple...

I will try to eat this week just and only this week (26/11/2012 - 02/12/2012) potato chips with ketchup - 400 grams. Point is I should not be hungry, should loose fat, and survive... will check my weight Sunday 02/12/2012.

except chips ( potato french fries ) eat whatever is in fridge... to save money. do not put in rubbish :)
