Well, this is rather high. I have been home for two days as I can barely move my neck and shoulder, it's all seized up. I have been laying and sleeping long periods from the pain killers. As I have slept long, I haven't been eating at my normal times. I also haven't eaten enough good stuff these past few days. I feel lighter though. I will drink more water and cut back starchy carbs today and see how it goes tomorrow.
