So for the time being, I plan to focus on getting more sleep. It is my Achilles heel. I work swing shift. Sleep is short on work days-6 hours is good on a work day. Sadly, on my days off, I tend to stay up far too late. I am gonna have to turn off the tv and make myself go to bed. It's a good place to start...
