Woot. Stepped on scale this morning and im 158 lbs with clothes on. So wikid! I am actually seeing results.
Staying away from all these extra foods I really want is working. My boyfriend ordered chinese last night and I ate half a spring roll. I am sticking within my points for the most part.
I am down seven lbs in just under two weeks.Feeling really happy cause this is all new to me too and I think that as time goes on I will see more success.
Really happy to see the scale go down even with the drinking. Have significantly cut down the alcohol but could reduce more. Maybe it something I will do down the road as I need to.
Dont need to get complacent and pleateau though.
