Since joining FS I have discovered that I really enjoy cooking. I have always enjoyed grilling (which is healthy, but that isn't why I was doing it in the past :D), but now I am enjoying the challenge to cook healthy foods that are high in protein, have moderate to low carbs, and lower fat. This is a long way from the way I used to cook. I was taught to cook by my half french-half german grandmother, who used at least 1 stick of butter in almost everything she cooked. Right now I am in a Wok cooking stage. I am stir frying everything!
