i ate so much and slept from 2am til 1pm :S lost more than 1kg. how is this possible?!

Booo, I have looked at your diet calendar and there is nothing that resembles the Atlkins diet. You are not eating enough veggies, proteins or fats. You are eating a ton of sugar and not enough calories to maintain your internal organs! What are you trying to do to yourself????
