OK today was pretty good! I got my calories up closer to where they should be! Went for a swim with the kids and learned to shoot a bow! I think I may take up Archery. Now for the bad stuff - I have been weighing myself like a physco, everytime I go in the bathroom I look stright at the scale, like it's calling my name, I really need to stop! I am driving myself crazy. OK I will NOT weight myself until tuesday!
