It' been a while. Been out of town for work and it's not easy to stay on point while living in a hotel/casino in Vegas for 2 weeks. Didn't eat well at all, but at least I worked on my physical fitness. Fitness evals are priorities right now. Pushups and situps per minute are maxed out for points, waist circumference is borderline for the max points (35 in or less...), and the 1.5 mile run time is down just into the 11s. Being home will definitely make a difference on diet since I can cook again!
2 weeks to do this. MOTIVATION, baby!! RAWR!!
