Gisme's Journal, 17 November 2012

Breakfast:

1 Egg
2 slices of tomato
1 piece of rye toast
2 Canadian back bacon pieces

Lunch
chili on rice

Last night: Eight Coors light and well 16 points taken off the extra points allowance and sixteen taken for working out. I could sit and be pissed off but I will just work it off and then be done with it. No point in feeling remorse its a big fat waste of time. Just will work it off suck it up and do better. Drinking six to eight beers a week might just be something I cannot escape from so I may as well work it into my plan somehow.

Hey if you have a goal to not have as much alcohol, it can still happen. But def no point in moping about something that can't be undone. You are doing great, you have the right mindset. Keep workin it!

Thanks, Spent a good three hours walking so I am hoping to have burned most of the booze off by the end of the week! Just need to make a change for sure...its a work in progress though.
