270.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 8.0 lb a week

Initial Weigh-in last week was midmorning, in a doctors office, with clothes. This morning I used my own analog (read: antiquated) scale, post "Executive Time," and minimally dressed. Be that as it may, there was (at least) an 8 lb difference from last Friday and I'm taking credit for it, dammit!!! :)

Thanks. At the end of the day, I've set a baseline on the scale I will be using the most until my physical in August. Now the trick will be continuing on the same track for the next six months and beyond.
