Passed all challenges.. yesterday my internet/phone service in my area went out so I wasn't able to log anything in the evening. Service is restored now as of 12 noon'ish.. Thank goodness because I didn't feel complete without getting on the laptop and reporting to you all! :) lol lol
Been exercising everyday 45-50+ minutes a day.. yesterday my net carbs were lower than 20 and the calorie intake was even lower.. Have to do better.. I check in every day, love interacting with you all.. I made those Pork Beef Parmesan Muffins yesterday and they are delicious I made 12 (enough for a couple days)..
Still working on that water.... (sigh sigh) I will get it... Everyone appears to be doing great.. Loving the interaction...
