I can't believe I went full blown back into my compulsive over eating cycle, all it took was a few days of off plan eating and then I just lost it and started eating anything I wanted to as if it just wouldn't effect my wieght. now it's back to a 10 day fast so I don't gain any more before Thanksgiving. I so hate the holidays I just can't control it.

I am doing a form of the paleo diet where instead of completely denying yourself the foods that you crave, you keep track of those during the week and then defer them to your planned cheat day once a week. It is nice to know that you can look forward to a little indulgence on the weekend without completely abandoning your diet, because it is part of your diet plan. I have 40 pounds to lose and this is the most enjoyable diet I've tried.
