Today has been a really off day. Had to take dad to the dr this morning and he decided we were going to have a long drawn out shopping day. Breakfast at 7am then no lunch until 3pm makes for a LONG day. By 4pm I was absolutely exhausted. Thankfully, I had printed off the recipe for Enchilada Chicken Paillard and had all of the ingredients laying out so my mom cooked supper tonight and still used the low-carb menu. *happy dance*
245.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 115.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks Angie. That is one great thing about planning ahead of time. Even when I couldn't do it, everything was easily available for someone else to help.
