Doing fantastic and feeling well. Weight's steady for today, but I have an old scale that weighs in 1 pound increments. Trying to be slow and steady and keep up the new behavior for a lifetime. Down 3 lbs for the week. Did my 1 1/2 mile walk and yoga for exercise today. Will miss pilates tomorrow because fridge is on the fritz and I have to be here all day and hope the repairman can fit me in. Bummer. Will call my instructor to see if she can suggest post-op exercise I can do after surgery at the end of the month.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
