So today is the day I'm supposed to "go for a run" with a couple of girls from work... I'm nervous. I can't run for more than 1 minute and these girls are super-fit gym-enthusiasts. Hope I don't make a complete fool of myself... or collapse after 20ft! LOL
So I resumed my bootcamp classes yesterday. I went in all confident thinking this would be fine but after 45 mins, I had to sit down as I became light-headed and felt faint. How embarrassing! I guess that's what I get for not having been for a month. I didn't think my level of fitness would decline so quickly. It's hard work, but I have to get back into it. Ah it'll be worth it; especially since my weight is pretty much stagnant and seems it's on the upward trend...
